This amendment to the Department of the Interior Appropriations bill package for fiscal year 2020, would defund the Clean Power Plan, a regulation finalized by the EPA to limit carbon dioxide pollution, combat the climate crisis, and save the federal government billions of dollars in climate and health-related costs. Without the implementation of this rule, we are causing further harm to our national parks, air, water, public health and communities. A vote against the measure is the pro-parks vote.
