This amendment to the Department of the Interior Appropriations bill package for fiscal year 2020, would cut funding to the Department of the Interior by 14 percent. The National Park Service and agencies that help protect our national parks and public lands are already chronically underfunded; further cuts would threaten park resources, the visitor experience, and the jobs of thousands of people across the country. A vote against the measure is the pro-parks vote.
